Automatically allow invoice terms for certain service types

For some service types payment will never be required before the client can view reports; the job should be marked as “to be invoiced” automatically. Today staff have to set this manually for each of those cases. Users want rules (for example by service type or by who the client is, such as contact role or location) that automatically set “allow invoice terms” when a job is created or updated so staff don’t have to toggle it every time.

Why it matters: Less manual work and fewer mistakes so the right jobs are invoiced instead of requiring payment upfront.
