To ensure no lead falls through the cracks, we are automating the "Callback" workflow within Attik.
How it works: When a call is missed or a specific disposition is selected in Dialpad (e.g., "Follow-up Needed"), Attik will automatically trigger a ticket in Front.
Key Benefit: This eliminates the manual process of checking Dialpad's missed call list and manually creating tasks. It ensures every missed call is tracked and resolved in your existing Front workflow.
