Archive orders instead of permanently deleting them so the record stays for reporting

Users have asked for an "archive" option instead of (or in addition to) permanent delete for orders. They want to remove duplicate or test orders from active views and from stats without losing the record—so that staff with the right permission can archive an order, it no longer counts in close rates or worklists, but the record remains searchable and reportable in case something went wrong or they need to look back.

Why it matters: Client care and managers need to clean up orders without losing audit trail; having an archive keeps data available for reporting and accountability while keeping active lists accurate.
