Allow for copying reports when re-ordering a workorder

Users can already copy (reorder) a job so the new one has the same contacts, property, and services. For BINSERs and revisits they also need the original report and defect items to come over so the new job starts from the same findings. They are asking for the copy/reorder flow to optionally include reports and line items so inspectors or client care don’t have to re-enter them.

Why it matters: Speeds up BINSERs and revisits and reduces mistakes when reusing the original report.
