Right now, when mold or radon reports are uploaded to Attik, clients receive the lab reports, which are often confusing for a layperson. Mold results in particular can be challenging for clients to navigate, which typically results in them feeling like they need to call and have someone interpret what is in the report. We are happy to do that, however it seems like this could potentially be accomplished through an email as the first line of communication, with follow up phone calls as needed.
I have been testing a workflow in ChatGPT where I paste lab report details into a prompt and it generates a client and agent friendly email summary. It sorts through the technical content and produces a clear explanation that can be copied directly into an email. This got me thinking that Attik may be able to do something similar automatically.
Feature concept:
When the office uploads a mold or radon lab report into Attik, Attik AI reads the report and generates an email summary that can be sent to the client and agent.
This could potentially be implemented in a few ways:
β’ Automatically send an email after the report is uploaded
β’ Generate a draft email for staff to review and send later
I simply wanted to share the concept in case it is helpful, sparks ideas, or aligns with anything you may already be exploring. No expectations at all, just passing along something that seems like it could improve client communication and consistency.
