Agreement Toggle - Primary Only

Having one template with language that is conditional on service type is not going to solve the issue of multiple agreements being added to a workorder. When a workorder has multiple services associated with it, and each of those services has an associated agreement, there will still be multiple agreements the client will be required to sign. We are still going to need to have a 'Primary Only' feature for agreements.
