Agent assist contact endpoints need a way to switch between companies

Agent's ability to switch companies

In the Figma designs, the Agent has an option to select which inspection company they want to log into after the OTP screen. There is also an option to switch companies by clicking on the avatar in the top right corner.

The 'Select company' endpoint used for selecting/switching companies, requires the 'verificationToken' returned from the 'Verify OTP' endpoint. Unfortunately the 'verificationToken' expires after 5 minutes. Meaning in order to allow Agent to switch company, they would have to request and enter OTP, everytime they want to switch companies.

Do you have any recommended solution on how we should handle it?
