Address within service area returns out-of-service message in online scheduler

The online scheduler is returning an out-of-service-area message for an address in the middle of the service area.

Address: 17721 E Grand Ave, Aurora, Colorado.

I tried recreating the issue but was able to successfully schedule an order online

A second occurrence of this issue occurred in MHI's internal scheduler: "Per Andrea - Attik was showing TRI 3728 Northeast 3rd Ct, Homestead as out of service but this area is covered by William and Alejandro and we can do it on Saturday at 8 am or 3:30 pm'. Once again the issue was not able to be replicated, however when these things happen the schedulers lose trust in the tool.
