Add a selectable point of contact for event-driven services such as radon so teams do not have to manage reminder and access details manually in notes.
The workflow described was that in ISN, staff could choose a point of contact from a dropdown for things like radon events, and the relevant information would prefill automatically. In Attik, the current workaround is to store that information in notes on the work order and send reminders manually. The request was for a dropdown or similar selector that can use contacts already on the order and support event-related coordination across services where access or coordination is needed.
