Add equipment display order sorting options

Feature request for alphanumeric sorting (A–Z and Z–A) of equipment by serial number, equipment title, and calibration date.

Category-specific sorting would be preferred, but page-wide sorting across all categories would also work. If sorting is not feasible, a manual reordering control such as click-and-drag for each equipment item would be an acceptable alternative.
