Add a finding (photo or comment) to multiple report types from one place

Users want to enter a photo or comment once in a report and, with a single action (e.g. a checkbox or “Add to other reports”), have that same finding copied into the other report types they use on the same job—such as 4-point, wind mitigation, WDO, or others. Right now, when companies use separate templates for each report type, inspectors have to re-enter or re-add the same item in each report, which is slow and frustrating. Other inspection tools already support this kind of dependency or “add to other reports” behavior; users are asking for the same in their current workflow.

Why it matters: Inspectors and offices that run multiple report types per job need to avoid duplicate data entry and keep findings consistent across 4-point, wind mit, WDO, and similar reports.
