Activity feed visibility by role—see only what’s relevant

Users want the activity feed to show different things by role. For example, inspectors would see only notes (including pinned and @mentions) and not the full change log, while client care and managers would see actions and changes. Some have asked for inspectors to not see the activity feed at all and instead have a dedicated notes view.

Why it matters: Frontline staff say the full change log is distracting and leads to “who changed what” confusion; managers and client care need the full audit trail.
